With global climate negotiations like COP31 and COP33 approaching, this consultancy is designed to boost regional leadership, strengthen partnerships, and unlock climate financing for health.

Key Responsibilities

• COP Engagement: Support WHO’s strategic engagement in COP31 (Australia) and early planning for COP33.

• Partnerships: Build alliances with governments, multilateral organizations, NGOs, and coalitions like ATACH.

• Climate Financing: Support Member States in accessing and utilizing climate-health financing.

• Resource Mobilization: Develop donor proposals, strategies, and partner-tracking tools.

Qualifications

• Education: University degree in environmental health, international health, public health, or related field. Master’s preferred.

• Experience: Strong track record in climate, health, and development, with proven ability in strategy, partnerships, and financing.
