The Asia-Pacific Centre for Environment and Health (ACE) under WHO’s Western Pacific Region plays a critical role in tackling the intersections between climate change and public health. With global climate negotiations like COP31 and COP33 approaching, this consultancy is designed to boost regional leadership, strengthen partnerships, and unlock climate financing for health.
Key Responsibilities

COP Engagement: Support WHO’s strategic engagement in COP31 (Australia) and early planning for COP33.

Partnerships: Build alliances with governments, multilateral organizations, NGOs, and coalitions like ATACH.

Climate Financing: Support Member States in accessing and utilizing climate-health financing.

Resource Mobilization: Develop donor proposals, strategies, and partner-tracking tools.
Qualifications
