Role Overview
The Project Coordinator will oversee the School Leadership Project, an initiative designed to empower school principals and leaders with data-driven decision-making tools to strengthen education quality. The role goes beyond project management: it is about building sustainable ecosystems by collaborating with local governments, institutions, and communities to ensure long-term impact.
Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning: Develop implementation modules, align project priorities with national education strategies, and manage budget revisions.

Resource Management: Prepare and monitor budgets, ensuring compliance with donor and organizational policies.

Capacity Building: Strengthen local capacity through training, sustainability plans, and support for pilot and replication schools.

Accountability & Quality Assurance: Lead training sessions, monitor progress, and ensure project relevance and impact.

Networking & Coordination: Build strong partnerships with government officials, donors, and development stakeholders.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in social development, education, early/primary education, child development, social welfare, or related fields.

Experience: At least 3 years as a Project Coordinator or Specialist in education, social development, or humanitarian projects.

Skills: Strong leadership, project design, M&E, financial management, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred: Additional certifications in project management or education-related training.
