Role Overview

The Project Coordinator will oversee the School Leadership Project, an initiative designed to empower school principals and leaders with data-driven decision-making tools to strengthen education quality. Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning: Develop implementation modules, align project priorities with national education strategies, and manage budget revisions.

• Resource Management: Prepare and monitor budgets, ensuring compliance with donor and organizational policies.

• Capacity Building: Strengthen local capacity through training, sustainability plans, and support for pilot and replication schools.

• Accountability & Quality Assurance: Lead training sessions, monitor progress, and ensure project relevance and impact.

• Networking & Coordination: Build strong partnerships with government officials, donors, and development stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in social development, education, early/primary education, child development, social welfare, or related fields.

• Experience: At least 3 years as a Project Coordinator or Specialist in education, social development, or humanitarian projects.

• Skills: Strong leadership, project design, M&E, financial management, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Preferred: Additional certifications in project management or education-related training.
