The first phase focuses on Africa, with future expansion to Latin America and beyond.

  1. Strategic Project Execution – Support transition from inception to implementation, ensuring strong project design, timelines, and resource planning.

  2. Stakeholder Engagement & Partnerships – Build and track partnerships with governments, manufacturers, and UN agencies; operationalize at least one agreement; coordinate three major industry forums.

  3. Technical Reporting & Knowledge Management – Produce three comprehensive technical reports; develop internal team tools to strengthen collaboration and workflow.

    • Experience in multi-stakeholder environments, especially in LMICs.

    • Proven work across the health product manufacturing value chain (R&D → commercialization → procurement → delivery).

  • Desirable: Background in supply chain, product access, IP, or regulatory frameworks.
