UNICEF Remote Community Health Communications Consultant
Are you passionate about global health, communications, and child advocacy? UNICEF is seeking a Remote Community Health Communications & Advocacy Consultant to support its Programme Group – Health Section from July 2025 to June 2026.
You’ll coordinate communications for the Community Health Delivery Partnership (CHDP), support global health advocacy, manage messaging for high-level events, and promote UNICEF’s community health strategies to stakeholders, partners, and donors—all from anywhere in the world.

💡 Key Responsibilities

Craft key messages, digital content, social media campaigns, and partner toolkits for global health communications

Coordinate high-level community health events like UNGA side sessions and CHDP partner meetings

Lead the CHDP Communications Technical Working Group and develop quarterly newsletters

Collaborate across UNICEF country and regional offices to promote advocacy initiatives

Maintain the CHDP website, calendar of events, media assets, and internal communications

🧠 Required Qualifications

Master’s degree in Public Health, Journalism, Communications, or a related field

6+ years’ experience in global health communication or advocacy

Excellent writing and storytelling skills for multiple audiences

Experience managing communications for high-level international events

Familiarity with community health systems, government partnerships, and digital tools
