UNICEF is offering an excellent opportunity for early-career HR professionals to join its People and Culture (P&C) Division as a Human Resources Officer (P-2 level). The selected candidate will play a key role in executive recruitment for Deputy Representatives, while also contributing to organizational priorities around diversity, equity, and inclusion. 🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, International Studies, or related fields.

• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in HR, talent acquisition, succession planning, leadership development, HR data analytics, or performance management.

• Strong skills in HR information systems, project management, and stakeholder engagement.

• Fluency in English (required).

• Knowledge of another UN language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian, or Spanish) is an asset.

• Prior HR experience in development, humanitarian, or fragile settings is desirable.
