🎓 Qualifications

Education:

Master’s degree in International Development, Economics, Public Administration, or related field

OR Bachelor’s degree + 2 additional years of experience

7+ years with Master’s OR 9+ years with Bachelor’s in M&E, reporting, or learning

Strong background in results-based management, data analysis, and donor reporting

Familiarity with CRM tools, PowerBI, Excel, and grant management systems

Skilled in coordination, stakeholder communication, and strategic thinking
