Remote Senior Program Officer
Key Responsibilities
- Task Force Coordination: Lead the Responding to Anti-Gender Ideology (RAGI) Funders’ Task Force, including managing members, developing meeting agendas, and facilitating discussions.
- Donor Engagement: Execute a strategy to engage and mobilize funders in various sectors to increase support for LGBTI movements. This includes creating tailored briefs and presentations.
- Knowledge & Advocacy: Track emerging threats posed by anti-gender forces, produce content on philanthropic responses, and represent GPP as a subject matter expert.
- Fundraising & Communications: Collaborate on fundraising opportunities and support the development of communications for GPP members and external audiences.
Qualifications and Experience

- Experience: At least 5 years of demonstrated experience as a program officer or similar role. This should include a minimum of five years working at a foundation or human rights organization, ideally with a focus on LGBTI or gender justice movements.
- Skills & Knowledge: High-level analytical skills, with experience producing advocacy materials. A strong understanding of the LGBTI and gender justice philanthropic sector is essential.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple projects remotely, and communicate effectively in English.
This is a full-time, remote position with a salary range of $90,000 – $110,000, based on skills and location.
