Role Overview
As Project Assistant, you will serve as the operational backbone of UNESCO MGIEP, ensuring administrative precision, financial accuracy, and seamless coordination between internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Financial Support: Process and review documentation, manage vendor profiles, process payments, monitor contracts, and ensure compliance with UNESCO regulations.

Travel & Logistics: Arrange travel requisitions, hotel bookings, budget tracking, and prepare mission documents.

Correspondence & Documentation: Draft, edit, and finalize routine and complex correspondence with quality control over grammar, formatting, and content.

Event Organization: Plan and coordinate meetings, conferences, and workshops, prepare materials, and take minutes.

Data & System Management: Maintain a coherent digital and physical filing system, track incoming/outgoing correspondence, and prioritize urgent matters.
