📌 Position Summary

As a Research Associate Fellow, you’ll work closely with faculty, policymakers, and practitioners on high-impact projects. You’ll design and analyze field experiments, contribute to academic publications, and co-develop insights that improve public service delivery.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Design and support implementation of randomized controlled trials (RCTs)

• Conduct data cleaning, analysis, and visualization using R, Stata, or Python

• Co-author working papers, policy memos, and academic publications

• Present findings at conferences and stakeholder meetings

• Collaborate with partner government agencies and nonprofit organizations

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Public Policy, Economics, Political Science, Statistics, or related field

• Strong coding skills in R, Stata, or Python

• Prior research experience or internship in policy or academic environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Interest in pursuing graduate studies in a related field

📍 Location & Term

• Location: Cambridge, Massachusetts (Harvard Kennedy School)

• Start Date: Rolling basis

• Duration: 1 year with possible extension

• Work Authorization: U.S. work authorization required
