UNICEF is seeking a People and Culture (P&C) Officer to join its Senior Leadership Support (SLS) Team. This role is at the heart of talent acquisition, succession planning, and senior leadership recruitment—particularly focusing on Deputy Representative positions.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process for Deputy Representative roles.

Support talent acquisition and leadership pipeline development.

Drive strategic HR initiatives, process improvements, and policy input.

Engage with stakeholders across HQ, Regional, and Country Offices.

Apply HR policies with transparency, equity, and consistency.

UNICEF Hiring HR Officer 2025
Minimum Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, International Studies, Psychology, Social Science, or related field.

Experience: At least 2 years in Human Resources, talent acquisition, succession planning, or related areas.

Skills: HR information systems, project management, analytical skills, stakeholder engagement, confidentiality.

Languages: Fluency in English; knowledge of another UN language is an asset.
