Position: Donor & Grant Development Officer
Type: Remote, Permanent, Part-Time (0.5 FTE)
Salary: $35,000–$40,000 USD (Full-Time Equivalent, Pro-Rated)
Reports to: Chief Development Officer
Location: Fully Remote (Flexible Global Applicants Welcome)
🧩 Core Responsibilities

Develop, write, and submit persuasive funding proposals, donor updates, and reports

Manage active grants (up to $750K USD), including tracking deliverables and compliance

Support execution of WFA’s resource mobilization strategy

Maintain funder records in Salesforce and Google Workspace

Identify and pursue new grant and donor opportunities

Build relationships with foundations, donors, and philanthropic partners

Collaborate across teams to gather content for proposals and impact reports
