About the Role
Under the guidance of the Head of the Women and Trade Programme and the Programme Management Officer, you will support the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of projects that help women entrepreneurs succeed in international markets. This position plays a critical role in advancing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly on gender equality and decent work.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate programme/project development and evaluation, ensuring activities align with gender-responsive approaches.

Conduct research, analyze trends, and provide policy recommendations for agricultural value chains.

Support policy coordination and evaluation, contributing to the development of impactful strategies.

Design and manage surveys, analyze data, and produce reports and publications.

Organize and facilitate workshops, consultative meetings, and conferences.
Qualifications

Education: Master’s degree in business administration, management, economics, or related field. A bachelor’s degree with 2 extra years of relevant experience may be accepted.

Experience: At least 2 years in programme/project management or administration. Experience with gender-sensitive approaches in agricultural value chains is desirable.

Languages: Fluency in English required; French or Spanish desirable.
