What You Will Do
These consultant roles will lead paid media strategy and execution on platforms like Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads across 12+ international markets. You will:
- Build, manage, and optimize paid social and paid search campaigns
- Provide strategic media planning using historical and forecasted data
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure campaign performance aligns with donor acquisition goals
- Deliver high-level performance reports, campaign insights, and optimization plans
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in digital marketing or paid media, preferably in fundraising or nonprofit sectors
- Demonstrated success with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns
- Proficient in digital media analytics, reporting, and A/B testing
- Experience managing global campaigns across multiple geographies
- Strong organizational and communication skills
