• Configuration & Deployment: Configure Microsoft Purview services including Information Protection, DLP, Insider Risk, Communication Compliance, and Data Lifecycle Management.

• Operationalization & Governance: Develop governance runbooks, escalation workflows, and reusable policy templates.

• Signal Analysis & Response: Analyze compliance signals and create at least 12 automated response workflows integrated with Microsoft Sentinel and Defender.

• Business Engagement: Lead up to 10 structured sessions with business units to align configurations with operational needs.

• Knowledge Transfer: Deliver 6+ training sessions for internal staff.

• Strategic Planning: Draft a roadmap for UNICEF’s long-term Purview maturity, including monitoring frameworks and success indicators.
