📝 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Monitoring and Evaluation Technical Support

• Implement and manage M&E plans for gender equality programmes.

• Design data collection tools, support evaluations, and provide technical feedback.

• Ensure high-quality, timely results-based reporting and compliance.

2. Capacity Building for Feminist Organizations

• Build M&E skills and Results-Based Management capacity of women’s rights organizations (WROs).

• Support partners in monitoring frameworks, quarterly reports, and growth tracking.

3. Knowledge Management & Learning

• Document best practices and lessons learned.

• Embed a learning culture through reflection and adaptation.

4. Support Programme Implementation

• Provide daily technical and coordination support to UN Women and partners.

• Align programme activities with gender-responsive results frameworks.

✅ QUALIFICATIONS

• 🎓 Education: Master’s in Gender Studies, Development, Social Sciences, or similar field.

• 🧑‍💼 Experience:

  • At least 5 years in M&E for development programs.

  • 2+ years in gender equality programming.

  • Experience supporting community-based or feminist organizations.

  • Knowledge of Results-Based Management and gender-sensitive indicators.

• 🌐 Language: Fluency in English and Nepali required.
