📌 Key Responsibilities
Strategic Advisory & Policy Dialogue

Facilitate policy discussions on governance, justice, civic space, and anti-corruption.

Promote inclusive leadership, especially women’s political participation.

Guide public sector reform aligned with SDGs and international standards.
Programme Development & Oversight

Oversee infrastructure projects (education, WASH, debris removal, health).

Ensure quality assurance of construction initiatives and environment-safe recovery.

Lead planning for post-crisis early recovery aligned with international best practices.
Team Management

Supervise engineers, coordinators, and field staff.

Enforce SOPs, environmental protection, and risk mitigation.

Drive performance monitoring and capacity strengthening.
Knowledge Management

Document lessons learned and success stories.

Maintain repositories of tools and project documentation.

Support internal learning and training modules.
Coordination & Partnerships

🎓 Qualifications
Education

Required: Master’s degree in Public Administration, Development, Political Science, International Cooperation, or Engineering.
