British Council Hiring: English Teachers (Young Learners) – $12/hr

✅ Requirements

🎓 Education & Certification

• CELTA, Trinity CertTESOL, or equivalent TEFL certification (required)

• University degree (preferred in any subject)

• Additional certifications in young learner teaching (e.g., TYLEC, CELT-YL) are a plus

💼 Experience

• At least 1 year of teaching experience with children

• Classroom management and inclusive teaching practices

• Experience in multicultural or international classroom environments

• Digital tools and LMS familiarity (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom) is an asset

• Pay: $12 USD per hour

• Contract: Fixed-term with possible renewal
