🔧 Responsibilities

1. Financial Grantmaking Support

• Review and approve grantee budgets and disbursements

• Troubleshoot complex international finance issues

• Analyze donor financial reports and provide variance analysis

2. Grantee Capacity Building

• Deliver training and toolkits to partners

• Strengthen global grantee finance systems and processes

3. Compliance & Oversight

• Ensure compliance with major donors (GAC, FCDO, USAID)

• Conduct internal audit support and risk reviews

4. Risk Management

• Maintain financial risk registers

• Assess partner governance and conduct on-site visits

✅ Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in finance, business, accounting, or similar
