The incumbent reports to the Head of the Operations Unit and may supervise project support staff as assigned.

• Working with modern project management tools and practices

• Administrative coordination and reporting

Preferred Experience:

• Prior work in an aviation-related international environment (e.g., UN or ICAO member agencies)

• Experience in quality management systems, donor coordination, and resource mobilization

• Familiarity with United Nations or multilateral technical cooperation
